Thats means its an russian DVD9, the DVD9 had "RETAIL ENGLISH AC3 5.1 AUDIO"
But we still tagged as R5, because its from an R5 DVD9, you can check by your self the framerate, its 25.000 (PAL), if it was R1 it should have been 23.976 (NTSC). DEViSE still tagged as DVDRip and didnt mention as R5 in their title. That can get you guys confused thats why we still tag it as R5. I included a sample to understand what i mean on the audio.
